KIVA Project Fundraiser for Grades 1-8, June 3

KIVA Project is a fundraiser that the senior students put on for the entire school.  Various food items and games etc. will be set up throughout the school on June 3 from 10:45am -2:30pm. Order forms have been sent home with all of the students outlining what will be available for purchase this year.  Please return these forms by May 26. Students in grade 1-3 should return their forms with the exact amount of money attached. Students in grades 4-8 need to return their forms only and bring their money on the day of the event.  Parents are most welcome to attend as well.

This event allows our senior students the opportunity to develop their own business skills and raise money to be loaned to needy entrepreneurs from all over the world.

Multi-School Track Meet at Douglas Park June 2nd

The multi-school track meet will be held June 2nd, all day, at Douglas Park.  Students in gr 4-8 that qualified for the multi-school track meet have been notified and given a permission form that needs to be filled out and returned to the school by May 29.

Athletes that are going to Douglas Park will need to meet in the gym at  8:30am on June 2nd for attendance.  They will immediately be boarding the bus and will return in time for 3:37pm dismissal.

A Subway lunch order form has also been sent home for those athletes that are interested.  The subs will be delivered directly to Douglas Park.  These order forms need to be returned by May 25.

As this is an all-day event, make sure that your child is properly dressed for the weather -rain or shine-

There will not be a concession available, so ensure that your child brings enough food and water for the entire day.
